To be considered for the Best Ever Inner Circle, you must meet at least one of the following:

He has completed hundreds of millions in transactions and controls thousands of multifamily units. Matt is the author of the Amazon bestseller Raising Private Capital, a regular contributor on BiggerPockets, and co-host of the Best Ever CRE Show.
